Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 5 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product for a different model or color, contact our support team within 5 days of delivery to arrange the exchange.

Eligibility
- The return request must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in new, unused condition
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team at support@coldkey.store with your order number
- Use the prepaid return label included in your package
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the package using the provided return label
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued to the wallet address you provide.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please include photos of the defect and your order number.
